    Schedule:
    hour shifts per week (8:00 am to approximately 9:00 pm)


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled, adhering to state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
    • Drive profitable business and script growth through remended clinical programs, including immunization and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
    • Provide exceptional customer service by offering healthcare counseling and assisting with medicalrelated issues.
    • Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and support staff during shifts, including training and coaching.
    • Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, maintaining department security and pliance with laws and regulations.
    • Handle customer issues, plaints, and questions to build trust and loyalty, while also interacting with physicians to resolve prescriptionrelated issues.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pharmacy department and prioritize tasks such as inventory management and customer munication.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:


    This position includes the supervision of Pharmacy Technicians and Cashiers, carrying out responsibilities in accordance with pany policies and laws.

    Responsibilities involve interviewing, hiring, training, directing, and rewarding associates, as well as resolving plaints.


    Qualification Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (BS), Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.), or equivalent in Pharmacy
    • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
    • Current Pharmacist license in Oregon
