This is a full-time, hybrid role for the Vice President of Commercial based in Frisco, TX, with partial remote work flexibility.
The Vice President of Commercial will lead and oversee strategic commercial initiatives, including managing sales teams, driving sales performance, underwriting transactions, and optimizing portfolio revenue.
The role includes fostering key partnerships, driving financial growth, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to execute business strategies effectively.Qualifications
Finance and Portfolio Management expertise, with a strong ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance
Sales and Sales Management experience, including developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Proficiency in Underwriting to assess and manage business risks effectively
Leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide high-performing teams
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
