    The Process Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality in the Engineering & Manufacturing department. This role requires expertise in process design and a strong understanding of chemical manufacturing industry standards.

    Description

    The Senior Process Design Engineer will be responsible for:

    • Designing and implementing efficient processes to enhance production and operational workflows.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Analyzing and interpreting data to optimize manufacturing and engineering processes.
    • Creating and maintaining detailed process documentation and technical reports.
    • Evaluating current systems and recommending updates or new technologies to improve performance.
    • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
    • Providing training and support to team members on new processes and systems.
    • Monitoring and troubleshooting process issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

    Profile

    A successful Process Design Engineer should have:

    • A degree in Chemical Engineering.
    • Strong knowledge of process design and optimization principles.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
    • Strong experience with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams.
    • Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry or related fields.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Dedication to meeting quality and safety standards.
