- Answer phones efficiently, transfer calls, take messages, and assist customers with general inquiries.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Greet customers, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Replenish customer snacks and beverages as needed and maintain a clean refreshment area.
- Maintain a positive customer service attitude and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with co-workers, management, clients, and others.
- Adhere to company guidelines, regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
- Complete all closing transaction documents at the end of the shift.
- Balance the cash drawer receipt in the advisor payments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other departments.
- Good handwriting and legible writing skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts between operational hours of 7 am-9 am, including closing shifts.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
- Prolonged periods of walking on a level surface throughout the dealership
