Job summary
The residential counselor provides support to clients in a residential setting.
Responsibilities
- To implement each client's individual Level Plan objectives under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and Direct Care Supervisor.
- Accurately log all required documentation.
- Act as a 'Staff Advocate' for one client per shift and provide support to management and program staff as needed.
