We are seeking a highly skilled person in CNC Machine Operations to join our team We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking candidate that is capable of the below responsibilities for our CNC Mazak machines to produce high quality products.

The salary for this position solely depends on the experience and work knowledge in CNC operations.

Responsibilities:

· Set up and run our CNC MAZAK Lathe machines

· Train employees on our CNC Lathe MAZAK machines

· Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency

​Qualifications:

· 2-4+ years of Lathe experience on CNC machines. Experience in MAZAK CNC Lathe machines preferred

· Excellent communication skills and experience in employee training

· Able to read and understand precision measuring

· Familiarity with plant tools and equipment

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent attendance and efficient work ethics

· Good math skills
