- The Manager, Partner Content will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of all aspects of corporate and broadcast partner content. This role requires a highly organized, creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling content that aligns with our brand and delivers value to our audience and external stakeholders.
- Manage all phases of the partner content project lifecycle including project management, discovery, kickoff, proposal requirements, content curation, and final delivery.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including key content contacts from corporate partners and broadcast rights' holders, to deliver high-quality content for distribution.
- Oversee USGA-owned broadcast content, including championship vignettes and co-produced shows and films, in collaboration with the Broadcast team.
- Work closely with internal teams, including content, creative services and communications, to ensure seamless integration of partner content across platforms.
- Regularly evaluate and interpret data, presenting key insights and trends to partners.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging industry trends and best practices related to sponsored content and broadcast partnerships, and integrate new ideas into the content strategy.
- This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday. This role will travel approximately 50 days per year.
- 4+ years of experience in editorial/content creation across multimedia platforms
- Collaborative approach to collecting ideas and feedback, and putting them into action
- Ability to expertly manage team goals and individual contributors
- Strong editorial and creative judgement
- Understanding of how content is consumed across various platforms by different audiences
- Outstanding language and written communication skills
- Deep knowledge of and appreciation for golf
- Deadline-focused
- Ability to coordinate team members and external stakeholders, and keep track of deadlines, resources and budget
- Ability to travel approx. 50 days per year
