    Job Title: Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive

    Reports To: VP of Project Management

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized construction Senior Project Manager/Project Executive to lead project development and oversee a dynamic portfolio of construction projects from conception through completion. The candidate will have a pivotal role in shaping project success, and upholding our reputation for exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, a deep understanding of construction methodologies, and proven success in leading large-scale projects.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership and oversight for the construction management team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, profitability, and performance on projects.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, maintaining and fostering key relationships.
    • Oversee contract negotiations, risk management policies, and legal compliance on all construction projects.
    • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
    • Manage and lead multiple project teams simultaneously, providing guidance and direction as needed.
    • Review and approve project budgets, schedules, plans, and work orders.
    • Coordinate with other executives to align construction projects with company goals and strategies.
    • Regularly report on project status and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks proactively.
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management processes and standards.

    Preferred Qualification

    Bachelors Degree Required

    Experience as a Project Manager in a relevant setting, ideally 5-7 years experience in ground-up

    residential, interior fit-out, and/or hospitality

    An eye for detail and accuracy along with superior communication and organizational skills

    Able to multi-task and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment

    Experience with Procore (training available)
