Job description
We are a performance-focused lead generation agency based in Dubai, serving US personal injury law firms.We need a proven Outbound Lead Gen Operator who can consistently book 20 or more qualified sales meetings per month using cold email and optional WhatsApp follow-up.
This is not a "send emails and hope" role. You will be measured on meetings that actually show up, not just meetings that get booked.If you have the screenshots, the numbers, and the references to back up your track record, we want to hear from you.
What Is a "Qualified Meeting"?
A Qualified Meeting is a confirmed calendar appointment with a decision-maker (partner, managing attorney, or marketing director) at a US personal injury law firm who has explicitly agreed to discuss their lead generation or case acquisition needs.
The prospect must match our Ideal Client Profile and the meeting must result in a show (the prospect actually attends).
Meetings that no-show or are with unqualified contacts do not count toward yourKPIs or bonus.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will revolve around three core activities: prospecting, outreach, and booking.
You will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified US personal injury law firms using a combination of cold email and optional WhatsApp follow-up.
Every lead interaction must be logged in a shared Google Sheet with timestamps, status updates, and next steps.You are expected to respond to any inbound lead reply within 5 minutes during US business hours (9 AM–6 PM EST).
This speed-to-lead SLA is non-negotiable, as responsiveness is the single biggest driver of conversion in this niche.
You will own the full top-of-funnel process: list building, email copywriting, sequence management, reply handling, objection management, and calendar booking.
You will not be responsible for closing deals or running the actual sales calls — your job ends when the prospect shows up on the call.

Niche Experience
Direct experience generating leads in legal, financial services, or a comparable high-value B2B niche is strongly preferred.
Cold Email Mastery
Deep working knowledge of deliverability, domain warm-up, inbox rotation, and sequence optimization.
Daily Reporting
You are comfortable maintaining a shared Google Sheet with daily activity logs and pipeline updates.
US Timezone Coverage
You must have a clear, credible plan for covering US business hours from your location. A 5-minute reply SLA during 9 AM–6 PM EST is required.

Proficiency with at least one major outreach platform (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar).
References
At least one verifiable client or employer reference who can speak to your lead gen performance.

10-Hour Paid Pilot (Pass/Fail)
Before any full engagement, you will complete a 10-hour paid pilot at the agreed hourly rate. This is how we verify that you can do the work, not just talk about it.
What you will deliver in 10 hours:
- A hyper-targeted list of 100 US personal injury law firms that match our Ideal Client Profile
Each record must include:
firm name, decision-maker name, title, verified email, phone number, LinkedIn URL, and firm website.
- A 3-step cold email sequence (initial email + 2 follow-ups) personalized for this niche, designed to book a discovery call.
- A brief methodology note (half a page) explaining how you sourced the list and why you structured the sequence the way you did.
Pass criteria:
The list is at least 90% accurate (verified emails, correct decision-makers), and the email copy is specific, compelling, and free of generic filler
Fail criteria:
Low accuracy, generic copy, or failure to deliver within the 10-hour window.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
