    Mission Focus: As a member of our solutions delivery team, you will have the unique opportunity to work on programs advancing the most critical government systems. NT Concepts is seeking an experienced Python Developer for an exciting data transformation opportunity within our Intel Community.

    Clearance: Minimum active secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI CI Poly

    Location/Flexibility: Remote Flexible with on-site work in the DC Metro area based on program need

    Responsibilities:

    NT Concepts is seeking a talented Python Developer to join our team within our Intel Community. You will be responsible for designing and building data pipelines using Python and AWS cloud infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of software development and data engineering principles and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We are looking for an individual with a passion for building high-quality, scalable applications and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.

    • D esign, develop, and implement software features using Python and best practices.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
    • Utilize unit testing frameworks to ensure code quality and functionality.
    • Develop and deploy data pipelines using Python and AWS services (e.g., Flask, S3, EC2, Lambda).
    • Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Automate data processing tasks and workflows.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues.
    • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data accessibility.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest data engineering tools and technologies.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Clearance: Active Secret Clearance. US Citizenship required and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with CI poly clearance.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Python Software Developer, or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP).
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Experience with Python programming for data manipulation and analysis.
    • Experience with SQL and proficiency in writing complex queries.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    Preferred:
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with popular Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
    • Familiarity with web development concepts (HTTP, REST APIs).
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at times.
