Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings including long-term care assisted living memory care and post-acute environments.Responsibilities
- delivering personalized restorative interventions
- assisting with ADLs monitoring vital signs administering medications operating patient transfer equipment collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans maintaining accurate medical records supporting infection control offering emotional support to patients and families Qualifications include a valid CNA license experience in diverse healthcare settings proficiency with EMR/EHR systems knowledge of clinical procedures Certifications like BLS or ACLS are preferred The position offers flexible PRN scheduling with competitive pay and benefits such as health insurance 401(k) paid time off and more Work is in person supporting patient recovery and quality of life while working in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth
