CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Multi-modality CT/XR Technologist position requiring flexibility to work alone at times

• Mixed shift schedule: XR Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, CT Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week for 8-10 hour shifts, 36 hours for three 12-hour shifts, 48 hours for four 12-hour shifts

• Weekend coverage required with on-call responsibilities one weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays per month

• Up to 4-5 call shifts per month with holiday coverage required

• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays

• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT CT, ARRT R, Indiana State License

• Minimum 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted

• Must be proficient with Siemens, Carestream Portable, and Phillips equipment

• Must be able to perform general X-ray procedures

• Experience required in adult acute care, adult outpatient, emergency department, and pediatric acute care

• CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, chest, head with and without contrast, brain perfusion, coronary CTA

• X-ray procedures include extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal

• Royal blue scrubs required

• Cerner charting system experience preferred

• Floating required as needed per monthly schedule

• Free parking provided

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility features 153 staffed beds and operates as a Stroke 1 Accredited Hospital. The imaging department includes 2 Phillips IQon CT Scanners and 2 Siemens DR X-ray rooms with Carestream portables. The facility serves emergency department, inpatient, outpatient, adult and pediatric populations, providing comprehensive diagnostic imaging services with modern equipment and technology.
