- Experience coaching basketball at the high school level preferred.
- Must possess strong leadership and character building qualities.
- Candidate must demonstrate advanced knowledge of the game.
- Must represent the team and school in a professional manner and work to resolve differences with officials, scorekeepers, staff, other coaches, parents, and members of the audience constructively and postively.
- Emphasize the importance of good scholarship and citizenship as an athlete
- Maintain effective communication with the entire coaching staff, students, parents, school staff members and media.
- Teaching certification or substitute certification required
- Certs: Adult CPR w/ AED, Fundamental of Coaching Principles, Sports First Aid.
