    Siemens Industry is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer - Testing for our Fort Worth, TX factory located in the DFW Metroplex. This growing facility produces High-quality, Engineered power distribution equipment. The Manufacturing Engineer - Testing will be responsible for applying Lean principles to continuously improve the electrical and mechanical Test and Quality inspection stations and operations.

    You will make an impact by:


    • Improving safety for all personnel that work in and around testing areas.


    • Executing projects to improve electrical and mechanical Testing and Quality stations.


    • Provide technical support and training to quality personnel on testing equipment and procedures.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product specifications and testing requirements.


    • Develop test fixtures, jigs, and interfaces to facilitate accurate and repeatable testing.


    • Conduct risk assessments and failure mode analyses to mitigate potential quality and reliability issues.


    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

    Basic Qualifications:


    • B.S. or greater in Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related field


    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment as an Industrial Engineer


    • Working knowledge of Lean tools and techniques


    • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, components, and testing methodologies.


    • Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software


    • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical assembly processes


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project

    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Experience in supporting a 6S program.


    • Experience in designing and implementing electrical test stations in a manufacturing environment.


    • Familiarity with electronic circuit design and schematic interpretation


    • Experience in problem investigation, root cause analysis, solution implementation and follow up.


    • Experience researching, analyzing, and implementing new tooling, and equipment.


    • Experience in developing and documenting work instructions and standard operating procedures


    • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system

    • The pay range for this position is $59,430 - $101,880. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
