- TS//SCI Clearance with polygraph required.
- Experience with various customers in Industrial Security to include document control/Asset Management, visitor control, escorting, etc.
- Work with program managers, engineers and various customers to ensure programs are compliant with DD254s, customer requirements and/or policies and directives.
- Interface with customer security representatives.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Conducts security education and security audits
- Excellent communication, speaking, writing, and organizational skills to enable effective communication.
- Experience with SIMS and DISS.
- Counterintelligence, Insider Threat and OPSEC program experience.
- Current and working knowledge of the DoD and Intelligence Community.
- FSO Certification or within 6 months
- Must have completed the CDSE certificate of training for FSO for Possessing Facilities and have experience and working knowledge of systems of records (e.g., NISS and DISS).
- Must have experience and knowledgeable with NISPOM (32 CFR Part117)
- Managing SIMS internal database
- Document control
- Conduct Briefings; e.g., new hire security overview, job-specific security awareness briefings
- Badging/Access control
- Guard interface
- Physical Security knowledge
- COMSEC Manager experience
- Processing Visit Requests
- Writing SOPs
- Writing ConOps
- Investigate security violations and prepars reports specifying preventative action to be taken

Description
Basic Qualifications Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or related field or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 10 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
General Dynamics experience is strongly preferred
Clearance Requirements:
Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S
Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S
citizenship is required
