    Position Overview:

    We are currently looking for an experienced Workers' Comp Attorney with 3-7 years of practice in the field. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advocating for clients' workers' compensation claims, helping them secure the benefits they are entitled to under the law.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases, representing clients from start to finish.

    Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to provide expert guidance on claims.

    Prepare and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.

    Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings related to workers' compensation claims.

    Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for injured workers.

    Stay current on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations, ensuring that our clients receive up-to-date legal counsel.

    Qualifications:

    Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the Massachusetts, Connecticut, or New York State Bar.

    3-7 years of experience specializing in workers' compensation law.

    Proven success in handling workers' compensation cases and securing benefits for clients.

    Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations.

    Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a caseload effectively.

    Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
