    The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the hospitality industry located in Las Vegas, NV who is in search of a Hospitality Revenue Auditor on a contract-to-hire basis. The Hospitality Revenue Auditor will be responsible for preparing and auditing daily revenues for multiple properties. This is a great opportunity to work for a company with a great company culture.

    Position Reports to: Director of Hospitality Finances & Controller

    Location: Las Vegas, NV

    Work Schedule: Mon Fri, In-Office

    Compensation: $22 - $26/hr

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in preparing the daily audit file for multiple properties and entities.
    • Prepare and distribute a daily flash file, Audit for accuracy before distribution.
    • Reconcile daily discounts, and complimentary charges, prepare and distribute routing packs for multiple properties.
    • Review revenue adjustments as needed, research discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
    • Prepare daily adjustment reports, distribute them for property review, and sign off.
    • Reconcile ledge balances vs PMS and POS. Ensure all variances are researched and correct as needed.
    • Assist in pulling backup and answering questions for external audit requests.
    • Audit daily transactions for accuracy of posting.
    • Flag postings that seem inaccurate and determine corrective action.
    • Build spreadsheets as needed to assist in the required tasks.
    • Communicate with managers across properties to determine the correct allocation of revenue or expense.
    • Assist in the mapping of reports to the system.
    • Evaluate, update, and implement new processes as needed.

    Requirements

    • school diploma or equivalent required.
    • with accounting and auditing principles, hospitality preferred.
