- Assist in preparing the daily audit file for multiple properties and entities.
- Prepare and distribute a daily flash file, Audit for accuracy before distribution.
- Reconcile daily discounts, and complimentary charges, prepare and distribute routing packs for multiple properties.
- Review revenue adjustments as needed, research discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
- Prepare daily adjustment reports, distribute them for property review, and sign off.
- Reconcile ledge balances vs PMS and POS. Ensure all variances are researched and correct as needed.
- Assist in pulling backup and answering questions for external audit requests.
- Audit daily transactions for accuracy of posting.
