    GAI Consultants, Inc.

    is seeking a creative, team-oriented, and motivated Civil Technical Specialist to join our Community Development Business Sector out of our Orlando, FL office.

    The position will be responsible for CAD design, assisting in developing engineering reports, calculations, and design for Civil / Land Development projects including construction administration support.

    Remote and/or Hybrid work location (home or office) is a viable option and the successful candidate will be eligible for a sign-on and/or relocation bonus.

    Job Duties

    :

    Assist in Civil Engineering design and calculations for water, wastewater, and stormwater components of Land Development projects.

    Participates in technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications, and technical plans.

    Filling out and completing permit applications for processing.

    Construction administration support including field observation reports.

    Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.

    Qualifications
    Education

    Bachelors of Civil Engineering (required)
    Experience

    0 - 1 years:

    Civil Engineering experience in the state of Florida. (preferred)
    0 - 1 years:

    Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and ICPR. (preferred)
    0 - 1 years:

    Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. (preferred)
    Permitting Experience. (preferred)
    Licenses & Certifications
