    Better Speech is a leading provider of online speech therapy services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to clients across the globe. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Recruitment Manager and Clinic Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

    Responsibilities:
    • Communicate via email with candidates to guide them through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and next steps.
    • Collect all necessary documents and candidate information to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Set up candidates with account logins and provide access to necessary programs and tools for their role.
    • Conduct welcome chats with each candidate to provide a brief orientation before they fully join the team, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues between the admin team and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of employee compliance and onboarding procedures.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively guide candidates through the onboarding process.
    • Proficiency in using email communication tools and HR software to manage candidate information and documentation.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
