- Collect all necessary documents and candidate information to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Set up candidates with account logins and provide access to necessary programs and tools for their role.
- Conduct welcome chats with each candidate to provide a brief orientation before they fully join the team, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues between the admin team and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of employee compliance and onboarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Proficiency in using email communication tools and HR software to manage candidate information and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
