    In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.

    This is an hourly position starting at $25.00.
    • Refined verbal communication skills.
    • Must have food handlers card.
    • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
    • Knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines
    • 4+ years of previous line experience in a full-service restaurant
    • Able to work most stations in the kitchen.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
    • Fine dining experience preferred.
    • Must have availability to work PM shifts and weekends.
