We are evaluating an existing B2B services business and need a fact-based SEO and web visibility analysis to understand its current online presence and growth opportunity.

Environmental / technical field services (B2B)
Scope of Work (Required)
Please provide a concise but thorough analysis covering the following:
Indexing & Crawlability:
Number of pages indexed in Google; Identification of key pages indexed vs not indexed; Any obvious technical issues impacting indexation
Keyword & Page Ranking Analysis:
Current rankings for core non-branded service keywords (page-level); Identification of keywords ranking on page 1, page 2, and not ranking; Which pages are ranking for which keywords
Organic Traffic Estimation:
Estimated monthly organic traffic; Traffic trends (up/down/flat); Branded vs non-branded visibility (if available)
Backlink & Authority Overview:
Number of referring domains / backlinks; Domain authority or equivalent metric; High-level quality assessment of backlinks
- Competitive Visibility (Light): Compare this site's organic visibility against 2–3 similar competitors: Identify where competitors outrank this site
Opportunity & Prioritization:
Key weaknesses limiting visibility; Top 5–10 SEO opportunities (ranked by impact); Quick wins vs longer-term improvements
Deliverables:
PDF or slide deck summarizing findings; Spreadsheet of keywords with ranking positions; Clear, business-oriented summary (not SEO jargon)
Tools Required:
Please confirm you actively use: SEMrush or Ahrefs; Google Search Console; Screaming Frog or equivalent crawler
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
