Description

Rehearse and perform with student recitalists, ensembles, and group voice courses as assigned. Other accompanying duties may be assigned at the discretion of the staff accompanist.

BASIC FUNCTIONS

• Prepare assigned music for rehearsals and performances
  
• Rehearse and perform with students, ensembles, and/or group voice courses
• Other accompanying tasks as assigned

• Self-motivated and organized
  
• Able to work independently
  
• Excellent sight-reading skills
• Able to musically improvise (optional)
• Prompt and clear communication
• Punctual and reliable
• Hire is based on the recommendation by the Staff Accompanist or a student's applied piano professor. Please include reference information on attached resume or letter of recommendation.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0

• Excellent level of responsibility, reliability, and organization
