    As the Senior Clinical Project Manager (Sr. CPM) you will provide overall management of Ph2-Ph4 clinical trials. The Sr. CPM leads the global cross functional clinical team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management. The Sr. CPM is accountable for all trial deliverables for assigned trials within a single or multiple regions. This role works to ensure quality oversight of outsourced partners and proactively identifies and manages issues.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversight:
    Lead the overall management of study execution utilizing available performance metrics and quality indicators.

    Ensure development, management and maintenance of study budget, timeline, and deliverables.

    Responsible for timely escalation of issues internally to team and management, as appropriate.

    Financial planning and management.

    Ensure clear delegation of tasks across cross functional teams.


    Meetings:
    Lead clinical study team meetings and present trial information at program/project team meetings.


    Risk Management:
    Lead efforts to identify and analyze risks.

    Recommend and negotiate appropriate mitigation activities.


    Study Plans:
    Ensure quality review and approval of key study plans.


    Vendor and 3rd Party Management:
    Contribute to 3rd party vendor identification & selection.

    Participate in vendor governance meetings when applicable.

    Site Selection
    Oversee site selection strategy.


    Audit and Inspection Readiness:
    Ensure trial-level inspection readiness at all times.

    Provide final CAPA management approvals.


    Requirements:
    BA or BS degree in Life Science or related field required; Advanced degree or certification preferred.

    7 years' clinical trial project management experience required; 10+ years of clinical trial experience preferred.

    Significant knowledge of GCP/ICH regulations required.

    Expert understanding of clinical research principles and process.

    Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal/written communication skills (incl. presentation skills)

    Ability to proactively identify and manage issues.

    Ability to assess critical issues and escalate to leadership, when appropriate.

    Ability to think critically to raise problems

    and

    solutions.

    Ability to travel 10%-15% including possible international travel.

    Our Compensation and Benefits
    At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is

    determined

    using a salary range.

    The base salary range for this role is $103,550 to $188,500, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.

    The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities,

    education

    and primary work location.

    Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.

    Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to

    120 hours

    in the first four (4) years of employment, and

    160 hours

    in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 12 to 13 paid holidays per year. We are proud to offer
