Role Description
Kassin Sabbagh Realty is seeking an Investment Sales Agent for a full-time, on-site position based in Manhattan, NY. The Investment Sales Agent will be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and assisting clients with purchasing commercial real estate properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property valuations, preparing market analysis reports, identifying potential buyers or investors, and building strong client relationships. This individual will also collaborate with internal teams to negotiate deals, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, and support overall sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in real estate investment sales, property valuations, and market analysis
- Ability to conduct client prospecting, establish relationships, and maintain a professional network
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of commercial real estate trends, property management, and leasing strategies
- Proficiency with relevant tools and software for creating reports and managing client data
- Highly motivated and a self-starter with a passion for sales
- New York real estate license or willingness to obtain one is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
