- Schedule all inbound appointments and operate the Inbound Delivery Monitor
- Processing outbound functions through the Pick Wave Monitor
- Create, edit, and update all inbound deliveries
- File all receiving documentation daily
- Process all Proof of Delivery requests in a timely manner
- Provide customer service to vendors, customers, and internal employees
- Provide direction and assignments to the workforce in conjunction with receiving supervisor
- Process and prepare shipping documents for local long haul routes
- Help with phone coverage
- Operate the Pick Wave Monitor and prepare labels for shipping and loading
- Assign work to crew and give direction for loading process in conjunction with shipping supervisor
- Internal distribution dock auditing
- Returns processing
- Other duties assigned by management
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required with a minimum of 2 years previous clerical experience in a distribution environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to use a PC to send and receive an e-mail as well as operate programs in MS Office Suite
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (specifically MS Word and MS Excel)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to adhere to Edward Don & Company's Standards of Conduct policy
- Previous SAP experience preferred
