Job summary
The Family Discipleship Pastor serves as the shepherd of Next Gen Ministries (Birth–12th Grade) at Lifehouse.They are responsible for inspiring and shepherding the Kids and Youth teams to embody Lifehouse's vision of living as uncommon disciples. They oversee discipleship pathways and weekly gatherings for Lifehouse Kids (Birth–5th) and Lifehouse Youth (6th–12th). The Family Discipleship Pastor also provides midweek support and follow-up with staff, leaders, students, and parents.
