    What you'll be doing every dayas the Director of Nursing:
    As the Director of Nursing (RN), you will provide and foster aculture of placing our residents and guests first in the daily decisionsinvolving their care and life in the community. You will also plan, direct, andevaluate total nursing care and functions for the Nursing Department. Partnering with residents, physicians, and other members of theInterdisciplinary Team, you will coordinate and deliver care based on theresident's desires and clinical needs, and ensure care is provided within thescope of current Federal, State, and Local standards.

    In addition, you will:

    • Build your team: interview, select andtrain the right people
    • Lead your team: drive talent managementand development while serving as a coach and mentor
    • Inspire your team: motivate your team todeliver the best care to our residents
    Whowe are looking for:

    • You will be able todemonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trustand establish rapport with residents and your team.
  • You seek out environmentsor opportunities where you can be compassionate and humble.
  • You have a hospitality-focused mindset, a proven track record of systems thinking, and changemanagement skills
  • 3-5 years of nursingleadership experience in a long-term care environment.
  • Working knowledge ofperson-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out.
  • Graduate from an accreditedcollege of Nursing and a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado with a currentBLS certification.

    The target compensation for this role is $95,000-$120,000 and willreflect the selected candidate's experience, skills, and education*
