    Litigation Legal Secretary Opportunity

    Responsibilities:

    1. Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and reports
    2. E-file documents across state and federal courts using TruFiling, One Legal, CM/ECF, and Odyssey
    3. Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
    4. Manage calendaring, deadlines, and case schedules using software like eDockets
    5. Handle client communication, appointment scheduling, and case administration
    6. Enter attorney time, process billing, and manage expense reports
    7. Prepare and process legal documents

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of litigation legal secretary experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
    • Strong familiarity with state and county e-filing systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with complex litigation, commercial litigation or construction litigation experience is preferred
    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
    • A team player who thrives in a fast-moving and detail-oriented environment
