    ersonal Lines Underwriting Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team

    In this role you will

    be responsible for identifying gaps or needed improvements within underwriting standards, processes, customer service, regulatory compliance and operational efficiencies.

    D

    uties & Responsibilities

    :

    Perform audits of various underwriting processes, rules and compliance.

    Possess strong understanding of rating, rules, guidelines and statement requirements.

    Identify opportunities for enhancements to system and workflow.

    Document workflow and processes.

    Create and maintain state and product specific reference material and documents.

    Participate in user acceptance and post implementation testing of products and enhancements.

    Participate in review of marketing material, product and policy forms.

    Work with IT to implement changes.

    Work on special projects, as directed.

    Assist with underwriting, as needed.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    :

    3+ years of personal lines underwriting experience.

    College degree preferred, or related industry experience.

    Possess strong understanding of technical underwriting.

    Ability to work independently on technical and administrative matters of in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Proficiency in Excel

    Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
