    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the front line; supporting members of the team and management to maintain and grow our client base
    • Update and monitor internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each client mailing and departmental projects
    • Act as a client advocate and interface between all departments
    • Monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and makes appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient
    • Use experience to support the developmental needs of fellow associates
    • Act as a role model to other associates in consistent implementation of standard methodologies with regards to client interactions and departmental procedures
    • Participate in ongoing projects, including drafting written requirements or procedures as requested
    • Research and respond, in a timely manner, to requests all client requests and inquiries
    • Partner internally, as well as with other departments, to continually add efficiency to the day to day processes as well as to increase client satisfaction
    • Participate in offseason training and projects

    Qualifications:

    • Possess 2 years' experience in a senior client relations/project administrator role or equivalent
    • BA/BS degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
    • Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately with keen attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • The ability to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment
    • Communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, with staff, senior management and clients
    • Provide extraordinary client service to our clients and associates
    • Maintain favorable client relationships in order to identify additional service needs
    • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

    Compensation Range:
    The salary range for this position is between $25/hr - $30/hr.

    Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
