Responsabilit:

L* Store Manager, riportando al District Manager e in base alle linee guida aziendali, si occuper delle seguenti attivit:

Selezionare e guidare il Team per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business.
Sviluppare e formare il Team in unottica di crescita continua.
Contribuire ad instaurare un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e orientato al valore della diversit.
Garantire uneccellente esperienza ai nostri Customers, attraverso unappropriata conoscenza dei prodotti e la capacit di creare in store di un clima positivo e collaborativo.
Condividere, trasferire e accrescere le proprie competenze in materia di prodotto e di trends attuali e futuri al fine di soddisfare le esigenze dei nostri Customers.
Stimolare le vendite garantendo la corretta implementazione degli standard aziendali di Visual Merchandising in collaborazione con il dipartimento di Visual Merchandising.
Garantire la corretta applicazione delle policies e delle procedure aziendali allinterno dello store.

Qualifiche:

Minimo due anni di esperienza in store in una realt Retail multinazionale, modernamente organizzata, con un ruolo manageriale e di gestione diretta di Risorse.
Forte determinazione al raggiungimento dei risultati, con spiccato orientamento alla Customer Satisfaction.
Significativa e comprovata capacit di gestione e sviluppo delle Risorse del Team.
Conoscenza e capacit di lavorare in un contesto di vendita omni-channel con attitudine a interpretare proattivamente i cambiamenti del mercato.
Importanti capacit di analisi, di problem solving e di lettura ed interpretazione dei dati commerciali.
Elevato livello di etica ed integrit.
Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
