Job summary
GEI is looking for an on-call Architectural Historian who will work under the supervision of a Senior Architectural Historian/Historian and will assist with research, fieldwork, and report writing for architectural history projects.Responsibilities
- Conduct architectural monitoring at construction site.
- Conduct archival research at local, state, and regional repositories.
- Participate in built environment surveys, evaluations for the National Register of Historic Places and/or California Register of Historical Resources, and mitigation.
- Prepare cultural resources reports in support of Section 106 compliance.
