+ We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to add technical and business development expertise to our Oakland office.+ Job Flexibility+ GEI is instituting a hybrid workplace environment which allows workers to choose from options allowing combination of work at home and in office.+ Essential Responsibilities & Duties+ Project manager/geotechnical lead for geotechnical engineering projects/tasks including evaluation/design/remediation of dams/levees/hydropower facilities,+ Prepare technical scopes of work/proposals/projects/project budgets/,requests for proposals,/technical reports.,+ Lead proposal teams/presentations,+ Maintain high visibility/marketplace regular client contact/participation/client-based organizations/attendance/events+,+,Minimum Qualifications+ Minimum B.S.degree/Civil/Geotechnica Engineering./related field M.S.preferred +10 years previous professional experience geotechnica engineering/significant project management/proposal preparation/budgeting/thorough knowledge/state/federal regulations/proven business development skills+,Extensive geotechnica background fundamental principles/geotechnology geostructural engineering/sol rock mechanics earthqu earthquake hydrology recognized tech excellence/client-focused creative practical solutions demonstrated entrepreneurial attitude/generate new work willingness travel assignments needed performance field tasks oversight valid U.S.driver's license professional engineering license required,
