The incumbent in this position is responsible for delivering food and guest supplies to guests in a pleasant, upbeat and efficient fashion.+- Participate in all elements of service including duties that are the primary responsibility of support positions,+
- Describes briefly each dish as it is served to the table,+
- Answers any additional questions that the guest may have,+
- Creats an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
Maintains a well-groomed, neat, and clean appearance,
Anticipates identifies provides for guest needs,
