Job Summary
We're a small fast-moving team looking for a dependable detail-oriented office manager to keep our office operations bookkeeping customer service payroll and inventory systems running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a hands-on environment you'll manage the day-to-day administrative financial workflow of the business AP/AR bookkeeping payroll while also supporting inventory accuracy stepping in to help with warehouse operations when needed
- Manage accounts payable accounts receivable create send invoices track payments follow up as needed Enter categorize expenses maintain organized financial records Reconcile transactions ensure records are accurate up date Support month-end close coordinate external accountant/bookkeeper needed Process simple payroll consistent schedule Maintain payroll-related documentation ensure deadlines met Assist basic onboarding/offboarding paperwork employee recordkeeping Manage daily office operations administration tasks Keep files documentation internal systems organized current Coordinate calendars meetings internal communication Manage supplies vendor relationships Maintain accurate inventory records assist product tracking systems Support reconciliation cycle counts Coordinate receiving products logged correctly Identify discrepancies support improvements prevent shrink errors Provide warehouse support packing/shipping assistance peak periods organization special projects Identify inefficiencies create repeatable systems Document processes key workflows AP/AR payro..
