Business Inteligence Analyst

Onsite Role in San Jose, CA

Hourly Rate Range: $60-$70/hr on W2

Only W2 Contract; No C2C

? A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/Mathematics or quantitative field required (or equivalent experience equivalent)

? 10+ years of experience as a business analyst, data scientist, or related field

? Understanding of statistics, experimental design, and causal inference.

? Excellent SQL skills as well as experience with common data and statistical toolkits such as R, Python, PySpark etc.

? Expertise with business intelligence and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.

? Prior experience in performance measurement, creatively applying regression techniques / modeling, optimization techniques, A/B testing, etc. for business applications

? The skills to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and effectively deliver it to technical and non-technical partners

? An ability to spot and pursue opportunities as well as to translate high-level directions into practical projects and lead/drive their completion with minimal supervision.

? Excellent written, verbal, and social skills with the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization in a clear, timely and effective manner
