Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing individual treatment plans focusing on applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients' progress.
- Monitor and record behavioral data to track client progress accurately.
- Support crisis intervention and crisis management efforts to ensure safety during challenging situations.
- Collect detailed documentation and maintain HIPAA-compliant records to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate with individualized team as needed.
- Engage with clients through therapeutic activities tailored for individuals with a behavioral health diagnosis.
- Weekly submission of paperwork at office location.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
- High School Diploma
- Current FBI History check through fingerprints, Child Abuse, and PA Criminal History Check clearances.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management strategies.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with a behavioral health diagnosis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Completion of required trainings provided upon a signed job acceptance letter.
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality.
