We're seeking a passionate, team-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. As a BCBA, you will work with an established agency providing ABA therapy and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, oversee and ensure quality of all clinical services for assigned caseload
• Ensure standardized implementation of clinical policies and procedures across the agency
• Collaborate with Clinical Team and CEO on growth initiatives, contract fulfillment, staff efficiency and projections
