    Our client, a leading law firm in Denver, Colorado, seeks a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their complex litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and possess excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with litigation teams nationwide to support clients engaged in commitment hearings, complex litigation, investigations, or due diligence projects.
    • Effectively manage litigation workflows and assist in project management on cases.
    • Communicate professionally with team members and interact with clients as needed.
    • Collect and organize documents, maintain ESI databases, and assist with document reviews under attorney supervision.
    • Prepare discovery requests and responses in various formats.
    • File documents with state or federal courts and administrative appeals tribunals.
    • Analyze and summarize depositions.
    • Upload, retrieve, and profile case documents for client web databases and organize files for effective use in litigation.
    • Conduct factual research and preliminary legal research with attorney supervision.
    • Provide trial support, including logistical and technological assistance locally or nationally as required.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law office with a focus on litigation.
    • A Paralegal Degree or Certificate is strongly preferred; RP or CP certification or college degree also acceptable.
    • Significant experience using eDiscovery case management software.
    • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
    • Prior experience in litigation state and federal practices and procedures.
    • Demonstrated experience with litigation and discovery management workflows and platforms.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
