Job summary

This position processes customer orders that are received for IST. Responds to customer and staff inquiries. Filing of order entry related documents as required.
  • A positive attitude, good communication skills, and excellent customer service are expectations for this position.
  • This position will work closely with other areas of the IST team to ensure customer order accuracy and will require follow up on status of orders with staff.
