The Pre-Foreclosure Default Specialist Will Manage and report on financial and accounting aspects of assigned portfolio including performance profitability timelines of disposition overall characteristics status general reporting to senior management Provide useful timely feedback to Manager about market conditions problem areas legislation any conditions which may impact established goals Interface coordinate with other departments including Home Retention Capital Markets REO Bankruptcy Appraisal Accounting Legal Collections Provide support local outside review comment court documents assist resolution litigation matters attorney inquiries consult counsel escalated borrower issues received by default management Coordinate attend deposition mediation trial date appearances counsel senior department personnel Demonstrate behaviors aligned organization desired culture values
