    Description

    This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Entertainment Complex.

    Hersheypark amusement park spans 121-acres, and welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, Hersheypark is home to more than 70 rides including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, as well as a zoo, and an entire water park.

    Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

  • Use a high-pressure fire hose to clean the hard surfaces of various areas throughout the Entertainment Complex*
  • Push water puddles in the Park*
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older on the date of applying

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Physical ability to control a high-pressure fire hose for long periods of time
  • Physical ability to pull a high-pressure fire hose
  • Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines

    • Job Demands:

  • Shifts include 6:15am – 12:00pm during the Park season. 16 – 17 year olds will be scheduled according to applicable Child Labor Laws.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Work is almost exclusively outdoors.
  • Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting up to 45 lbs, and walking
