    MiCare, LLC, a subsidiary within the Imagine360, LLC family of companies is currently seeking an Operations Assistant.

    This position is responsible for assisting the miCare Leadership team and Account Management team with daily responsibilities in order to assure high quality service delivery to the Health Centers.

    This position also requires coordinating all internal support services in order to achieve ongoing customer satisfaction.


    Position Location:
    Billings, MT. This is an onsite position with the option to work remote at times.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    miCare Support Provides support for Health Centers operation to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepares regular reporting packages as well as ad hoc reports in a timely and accurate manner. Gathers data for research, problem solving, and other projects as identified. Coordinates presentations, communication plans and sales support. Responds timely and effectively to customer inquiries. Provide support for miCare website changes. Provides assistance with pro formas, questionnaires and RFP's. Orders supplies as needed within budgetary constraints for Health Centers. Assists with financial allocations and reconciliation of each miCare client and their associated expenses to ensure profitability. Assists with payroll processing and input for clinic personnel. Responsible for organizing, documenting and following up on contracts. Assists with hiring process to ensure proper staffing of clinics. Customer ServiceActs as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery. Provides timely and thorough follow-up with, internal and external customers. Appropriately escalates client concerns.

    Quality AssuranceEnsures team compliance with service standards Serves on committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams, as assigned, to assist in improving quality/customer satisfaction.

    Recognizes and alerts appropriate supervisor of trends within their scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters. Performs self-quality monitoring in order to develop and execute plans to meet established goals. Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance. Collaborates with others and cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures.

    Develops new or improves current internal processes to improve quality Required Experience / Education:
    Associates degree in related field preferred; High School diploma required. Prefer experience in a health care setting. Working knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products. Interpersonal skills including ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines. Demonstrated organizational skills, problem-solving, time management skills, analytical skills and detail oriented. Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
