Responsibilities for LPN:

Coordinate and provide nursing care and health education to guests in a nursing home setting
Oversee care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members
Administer medications accurately and safely
Assess guests' health status and communicate changes to the healthcare team
Implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications
Assist in guest assessments and care plan development

Qualifications for LPN:

Preferably 1-3 years of experience in long-term care
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
CPR certification
