- Operate a multi-line phone system; answer and route incoming calls and provide information as needed.
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine purpose of visit, and coordinate a professional visitor experience, including company tours.
- Support the Executive Team with Board Meeting logistics, including lunches, reservations, and special requests.
- Assist with interview scheduling and coordination, and support new hire onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain HRIS accuracy through data entry, scanning personnel files, and running basic reports for HR and other departments as needed.
- Coordinate and support employee events and meetings, including leading logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Serve as a representative of the HR team by responding to general employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Support the Buddy Bench Program, including mailing kits and restocking supplies.
- Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or coordinator role
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional presence
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience supporting HRIS systems, scheduling, or employee-facing processes
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- A service-oriented mindset and genuine care for employee experience
- 2+ years previous relevant experience
