    Job Description and Duties

    This position is located at the Indio Field Office in Indio.

    Under the general direction of the Administrative Manager in a Grade III field office, the incumbent receives collections from cashiers; issues registration indicia; maintains office accountable inventory items; performs quality audits; trains control cashier relief personnel; and acts as a liaison between the office and the Network Control Center.

    The position(s) being advertised may be subject to allocation approval by the Human Resources Branch. Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance is required before hire. The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position.

    Working Conditions

    Works in an office setting at a public counter. Enters information into a computer. Work week may vary. Saturday and/or extended office hours may be required. May relieve in neighboring offices within Region.
