    Whittingham is currently expanding its team and on the lookout for skilled Sales Representatives with strong customer service abilities to join one of the leading supplemental benefits companies in the nation, boasting over 65 years of experience. The company is growing its territories and is in immediate need of committed Sales Representatives with ambitious targets.



    About the Sales Representative Role:

    As a Sales Representative, you will act as the crucial link between the company and its customers. You will have the opportunity to fast-track to a management position within 60-90 days of tenure. The training program is internal, aimed at granting you full control over a successful career trajectory starting from day one.

    Our representatives avoid cold-calling or client solicitation; instead, we have a well-connected public relations department that engages with over 44,000 groups throughout North America, assisting them in accessing supplemental benefits.


    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing, vibrant & energetic with a positive attitude
    • Demonstrates accountability and coachability
    • Effective time management abilities
    • Pass a standard background check. No prior experience needed as we provide comprehensive training for your success
    • Benefits available after 90 days
    • Weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 average for the first year)
    • Additional bonuses and retirement plan included
