Job Title: Financial Analyst (Payment Operations)

Location: 6555 North State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75039

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.

2. Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.

3. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc.

4. Conduct economic research and studies in areas such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.

5. Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

6. Manage various payment methods in the industrial sector, including lockbox, ACH (Credit/Debit), EFTs, and credit card operations.

7. Utilize good judgment within defined policies and practices.

8. Communicate with business partners/stakeholders via phone or email for issue resolution on a daily basis.

9. Demonstrate intermediate skills in Excel & Outlook for data analysis and communication purposes.

10. Understand the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle and contribute to process improvements.

11. Possess accounting and reconciliation skills to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

12. Maintain a customer and service-oriented approach to resolving process-related requirements.

13. Leverage knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems for efficient financial data management.

14. Demonstrate analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

15. Display a strong desire and ability to provide world-class customer service.

16. Maintain an orientation to detail and a continuous process improvement mindset.
