Role Description:
The

Tech Lead – Data Center

must have at least 5+ years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the Data Center Services Platform services.
You will have direct responsibility for the lifecycle management of the company's private cloud platform services.

This will include the lifecycle management of the tools, hardware, firmware, and software including, but not limited to:

Hardware (Dell/HP/EMC/NetApp/Pure); software (ManageEngine products, VMWare, ServiceNow); Citrix, MS Terminal Server farms, Windows, Linux, BC/DR solutions, and data center environmental systems (AC, UPS, PDUs).

In this role, you will work with the lead engineers, architects, and other members of the leadership team. You will provide a vision for enabling the continuous delivery of superior support for infrastructure's internal customers.
In addition, you will be part of a larger project management team for large initiatives.

In this role you will be expected to actively contribute to the daily support and ongoing improvement opportunities for the enterprise's Public and Private Cloud Infrastructure.

Reporting to the Sr.

Manager of Data Center Services, this is a highly visible and user facing role requiring leadership and partnership with IT and Business functional areas.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Operational Awareness for the Data Center Services Team
• Team member allocation and availability tracking
• Collaboration with internal and external teams
• Escalation POC for internal team members
• Escalation POC for external customers
• Awareness and alignment with Leadership and Department/organizational initiatives and projects
• Keeper of the on-call schedule
• Incident response team member

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall work experience
• 5+ years relevant professional IT experience
• Direct experience leading infrastructure operations and engineering services
• Direct experience leading BC/DR initiatives
• Direct experience leading and participating in large enterprise consolidation and integration projects
• Direct experience with the creation & management of operational knowledge base articles.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
