- Maintain stock at primary and secondary inventory locations for all clinical and administrative services.
- Pull stock inventory and material from main inventory for delivery; replenish stock and interact with clinical administrative customers to ensure needs are met.
- Communicate with the lead or supervisor about any concerns related to supplies, equipment, and procedures.
- Monitors expiration dates, rotates stock, and removes items from use.
- Monitors and controls critical supplies;
- Receives supplies and material into the medical center's catchment area;
- Performs daily inventory using bar coding equipment on a predetermined schedule that will allow for timely replenishment;
- Resolves differences between records and physical count of stock;
- Distributes items according to established or ad hoc requirements in computerized inventory management systems;
- Delivers supplies in a timely manner, ensuring supplies delivered, are in sterile and operational condition.
- Completes specialty cart preparation and stocking.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
